Message	It was easier to have them paint the whole mirror than try to tape it off. For the post section I put Vinyl sticker over it. Easier to replace than to repaint if it gets scratched or worn, and you can use different colors/shades of black. I put some carbon fiber look sticker on mine. You don't really notice unless you really look. But it still blends the areas well and looks black from a distance.
